جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏”‏ لاَ يَزَالُ الإِسْلاَمُ عَزِيزًا إِلَى اثْنَىْ عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً ‏”‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ كَلِمَةً لَمْ أَفْهَمْهَا فَقُلْتُ لأَبِي مَا قَالَ فَقَالَ ‏”‏ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ ‏”

It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir b. Samura who said:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Islam will continue to be triumphant until there have been twelve Caliphs. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said something which I could not understand. I asked my father: What did he say? He said: He has said that all of them (twelve Caliphs) will be from the Quraish.

In a tradition, it is narrated that the Holy Prophet (S) of Islam said:

“The most wicked person among the ancient ones was the murderer of the harmless she-camel of Salih (as), and the most wicked person of the latter age is the murderer of Ali Ibn Abi Talib. A wicked one, who will make his beard dyed (red) from the blood of his forehead.”

الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): إنَّ تَقوَى اللّه‏ِ دَواءُ داءِ قُلوبِكُم … وطَهُورُ دَنَسِ أنفُسِكُم

Imam Ali (as) said, ‘Verily, being wary of one’s duty to God is the remedy for the disease of your hearts … and the purifier of the pollution in your souls.’

The Messenger of God (saw) said : “My Ummah will enter into Paradise mostly on the basis of piety and excellence in moral conduct. ”

On the virtue of this Surah, the Holy Prophet (S) said:

“He who recites it (Surah Al-Layl) God rewards him so much so that he is satisfied, and He protects him from toil, and makes (the path of his life) smooth for him.”
